The first call from the Clavet Place home came at 10:40 a.m., according to an arrest report. While an emergency crew was en route to the "medical emergency," another call came in from the same address about an "assault," according to an arrest report.

When police and emergency crews arrived, they located a resident with "significant burns" to the neck area after being hit by the tossed container of hot water during an argument, according to an arrest report.
