• 83 apartments proposed for Leigus Road in Wallingford (thehour.com) — An 83-unit mostly affordable apartment complex is proposed for 21.9 vacant acres off Leigus Road in Wallingford, with access from the Miles Drive cul-de-sac near the Anthem office. Most units would be income-restricted, some reserved as supportive housing for residents with intellectual disabilities, and town commissions are set to review wetlands and zoning applications in early September.
