Wallingford firefighters have responded to a brush fire off Route 68 on Durham Road, according to multiple reports.

The Meriden Record-Journal reports that the fire closed a portion of the road.

The fire, which was reported around 1:15 p.m., is next to the train tracks, according to the Record-Journal.
