Wallingford Projects Receive State Funding
The state Bond Commission approved funding for E-J Electric and Center Street Cemetery Association projects.

The state Bond Commission approved funding for two Wallingford projects on Monday, according to the New Haven Register.
Luther Turmelle of the Register reports that E-J Electric is receiving a $4 million loan from the state with the expectation that the company will preserve its existing employment levels and add 100 new workers within three years.

The Center Street Cemetery Association is also receiving a $275,000 state grant for its plan to develop a new building that would include storage space for the organization’s equipment as well as office space.
