• Man Forced Woman Out Of Vehicle At Gunpoint, Waterford Police Say (patch.com) — Waterford police say a woman was forced out of a moving vehicle at gunpoint near the Waterford Speedbowl, robbed of her money, and taken to the hospital with arm and leg injuries. East Lyme officers later located the suspect and vehicle in Niantic, where a firearm was recovered nearby and a Stratford man was arrested on multiple gun, robbery, and assault charges.
