Here's how (courant.com) — West Hartford Public Schools will receive $350,000 in new state grant funding to hire two special educators and a board-certified behavior analyst, strengthening in-class support for high-needs students. The grant is part of a $10.6 million statewide initiative to expand in-district special education, reduce costly outplacements, and keep more students learning alongside their peers across Connecticut.
