• Injured Owl Rescued From Roadway In Greenwich: Police (patch.com) — An injured owl found on a Greenwich roadway was safely rescued by police and brought to Wildlife in Crisis in Weston, the regional nonprofit that rehabilitates thousands of wild animals each year. While its condition wasn't immediately clear, the incident highlights both residents' quick action and the important role Weston's wildlife center plays for surrounding communities.
