• Wethersfield Historic District Commission To Review 5 Property Improvement Applications (patch.com) — Wethersfield's Historic District Commission will hold public hearings Sept. 8 on five proposed exterior changes, including rebuilding a historic Main Street barn and new siding at a Spring Street apartment complex. Residents can attend the 7:30 p.m. session at Town Hall as commissioners review additional projects on Middletown Avenue, Hartford Avenue, and State Street within the historic district.
