• Connecticut Cancer survivor leads fight at Blood Cancer United's 'Light the Night' event (fox61.com) — From Wethersfield comes the story of 24-year-old cancer survivor Tessa Sanville, who is now leading Blood Cancer United's "Light the Night" fundraiser as an Honored Hero. After relying on the group's support during treatment, she'll help headline the Oct. 8 event at Dunkin' Park, which raises money and honors those affected by blood cancers.
