• Wethersfield scarecrow recreates viral Dan Hurley moment with NCAA tournament referee (wtnh.com) — Wethersfield's 31st annual Scarecrows Along Main is back all October, featuring more than 170 handmade displays from residents and community groups along Main Street in Old Wethersfield. This year's standout is a pair of scarecrows outside The Charles restaurant, recreating UConn coach Dan Hurley's viral nose-to-nose moment with an NCAA referee after last season's Elite Eight win.
