Live to Love to Live program begins at Trackside

A new girls' empowerment program for high school students will begin this March at Trackside Teen Center

Trackside Teen Center has opened up registration for a new program for high school girls. The Live to Love to Live program is for high school teens who desire to be peacefully empowered through love for themselves and others. Each group (one for 9th & 10th grade and one for 11th & 12th grade) will meet once a week this spring for group discussions and activities designed to help teens overcome pressure, stress, anxiety, and depression. As teens learn to accept, love, and forgive themselves and others, feelings of anxiety and hopelessness will be replaced by hope, joy, purpose, and lightheartedness. Teens will discover their unique dreams and passions and be filled with belief that they can accomplish anything.

Nancy Diehl, the Founder of Live to Love to Live®, resides in Wilton Connecticut with her two teenage daughters. She is a graduate of Wilton High School and Skidmore College where she received a B.S. in Business Administration. In 1992, she moved to Nantucket Island in Massachusetts where she organized support meetings for local teens who faced challenges including anxiety and depression.
