Luzern Inks New Leases at Wilton 372

Three new businesses take up space in the Danbury Road complex.

The recent renovation and repositioning of Wilton 372 as a boutique Class A property continues to deliver excellent leasing activity for owner Luzern Associates LLC and affiliated entities as it competes for office tenants in the Fairfield County  marketplace.

Three leases for approximately 8,000 square feet have recently been signed at the building by the following new tenants:

  • Relocation Taxes, LLC, a provider of personal income-tax preparation and related services for individuals relocating or moving within the U.S. or around the world; an expansion of its existing operations in Wilton.
  • Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, a provider of individual life insurance and personal investment services; a relocation of its current Ridgefield, Conn. office.
  • Systra Consulting, Inc., a leading public transportation planning, design, engineering and construction management firm.

The three transactions follow the 39,000-square-foot-plus burst of leasing at Wilton 372 late last year, comprised of leases by Boyce Benefits Group; Euro RSCG Discovery; Kantar Retail; Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Inc.; and Drinks Americas Holdings LTD.

Newmark Knight Frank Managing Principals John Goodkind and Gilbert Ohls, and Executive Managing Director Richard Rosencrans (all based in the global real estate services firm's Greenwich office) handle leasing for Wilton 372.

Two-story, 92,000-square-foot Wilton 372 was completely transformed from a Class B building into a boutique Class A office property last year as a result of a renovation and repositioning program undertaken by Luzern Associates, a privately held real estate investment and operating company founded and managed by Salvatore Campofranco, a real estate veteran with more than twenty years of commercial real estate experience.

The program focused on the addition of new interior and exterior features and amenities to the building, including an executive conference room with upper-end interior finishes and technology; a new fitness center; completely new lobbies, bathrooms and elevator cabs; a redesigned exterior; new building entrances; a drop-off area for tenants and visitors; and completely new landscape features. The remaining 25,600 square feet on the second floor can be configured for a single tenant or divided to suit tenants from 1,500 square feet to 19,000 square feet.
