📰 News we're reading
• 280-unit senior living plan in Wilton withdrawn as developers seek fresh feedback (ctinsider.com) — A major 280-unit senior living proposal on Belden Hill Road in Wilton has been withdrawn, as developers regroup to seek informal feedback from the Planning & Zoning Commission. After strong public opposition and more than 100 comments, the Wilton Neighbors Alliance says its fight continues, arguing zoning shouldn't be rewritten for one dense project. The commission will discuss a new pre-application on Oct. 13 via Zoom.
