Police Charge Wilton Man with Breach of Peace, Criminal Trespass
He was tapping on windows, ringing bells, and knocking on doors yelling, 'I am going to get you,' according to police.

WILTON, CT — Police charged a Wilton man for criminal trespass and breach of peace after he rang door bells and yelled threats at residents over the course of several hours one night last week.
The Wilton Police Department responded to calls at 8:00 p.m. on Nov. 17, all reporting a man knocking on doors in the area of Arrow Head Road and Wilton Acres, yelling, "I am going to get you." Police dispatch reported that Jonathan Damast, 44, of Wilton Acres, also made multiple calls to 911 that evening, saying that he was "making vague comments about a train coming and claiming the train will stop at mile marker 5.0."
"Many of Damast's comments did not make sense," according to Patrol Officer Mark Canepari. "When the 911 dispatcher asked Damast if he placed anything on the tracks he just laughed and gave vague locations of his whereabouts and stated he could see the flashlights of officers searching for him."

Damast was located in the woods behind 34 Arrow Head Road, with the assistance of a resident, and charged with misuse of the 911 system, and released on a promise to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 25.
Later that evening, police report that Damast had contacted them about a knife and a flashlight that were removed from him and placed on the ground when he had been detained. Police informed Damast that the area had been checked by officers and warned him not to trespass on anyone's property to look for the items, according to the report.
