WILTON, CT — Here are the most recent arrest logs, as provided by the Wilton Police Department. Items reflect charges filed, not convictions.
On Sept. 15 shortly before 4:00 p.m., police received a complaint about a motorist driving north on Route 7 in the area of Hollyhock Lane, throwing white boxes and other items out the car window. Officers investigated and charged Jean D. Percy, 29, of New York City, with failing to stop when signaled, driving with a suspended registration, and not having any insurance. The boxes contained security tags from Ulta Beauty in Norwalk, and the case is now being investigated by Norwalk PD.
On Sept. 20, the police charged Evelisse Ramos-Torres, 27, and Henry Francisco-Licona, 26, both from New York City, with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny, third-degree forgery, and conspiracy to commit forgery. According to the police report, Ramos-Torres was attempting to use a fraudulent check at the M&T Bank in Stop & Shop. Both are due to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Sept. 30.

On Sept. 25, police responded to the area of Danbury Road and Olmstead Hill Road for a report of a car that was driving erratically over the double yellow lines on Danbury Road. Police charged the driver, Marco Pazo, 62, of Stamford, with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Pazo is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 07.
Also on Sept. 25, the Wilton Police Department received an anonymous tip claiming that more than 50 juveniles were drinking alcohol at a party at 105 Twin Oak Lane. After investigating, police issued a misdemeanor summons to the homeowner, Joy Posner, who said she "did not provide any of the alcohol and did not realize the kids were drinking."

Around 8:15 p.m. on Sept. 9, police report that a vehicle turned off Ridgefield Road onto Millstone Road and struck a residence at the corner of the two roads. The vehicle remained on scene for a short period of time before leaving, according to a witness. The Wilton PD is urging anyone with more information to contact them. The vehicle would have sustained minor to moderate front end damage, according to police.
On Sept. 19, police recovered several pieces of costume jewelry. The owner may pick up the jewelry from the Wilton Police Department HQ, at 240 Danbury Road, Wilton. Reference case #22-9945.
