WILTON, CT — Here are the most recent arrest logs, as provided by the Wilton Police Department. Items reflect charges filed, not convictions.
On Oct. 1 at around 10:25 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call reporting a vehicle moving erratically over the double yellow lines into oncoming traffic on Danbury Road.
The police found a 2007 Ford F150 Super Duty pickup truck matching the caller's description illegally parked — diagonally, not within the white lines — in the lot at Servco Oil & Propane, 387 Danbury Road.

The officers charged the driver, Randy Rogers, 31, of Stuart Avenue in Norwalk, with DUI after they say his blood alcohol content tested at 0.14 and 0.13 percent.
Rogers was released after paying 10 percent of his $250 bond. He was scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 14.

The same day, Wilton Police also charged Jack McManus, a 28-year-old Norwalk man, with DUI after they say he drove his Subaru Impreza 60 mph in a 40 mph zone along Danbury Road. Police said McManus refused chemical testing, but admitted to smoking a "Delta-8" THC Vape Pen dispenser.
McManus was released after posting 10 percent of his $250 bond, and is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 11.
Fabio Andres Otalvaro Castro, 35, from Stamford, had an active prior arrest warrant from the Wilton Police Department for failing to appear in court. The PD caught up with him when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident at around 7:49 the morning of Sept. 29. Otalvaro was released after paying 10 percent of his $495 bond, and is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 11.
There was an active arrest warrant out of Stamford for Vincent M. Riley for failing to respond to a 2019 marijuana infraction. Wilton police became aware of it on Sept. 27 when they tracked down Riley as the owner of an unsecured and unoccupied vehicle parked in front of Ren Dumpling Noodle at the Gateway Shopping Center on Danbury Road.
Police released Riley after he paid a court issued bond of $150. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 7.
Erin Turner, 49, of Fawn Ridge Lane in Norwalk, turned herself in to the Wilton PD on Sept. 26. Police said Turner was wanted for striking multiple parked vehicles in the parking lot at the Rolling Hills Country Club while driving her 2012 BMW X5 on Aug. 13. According to the police report, Turner tested for a blood alcohol content of 0.29, and was charged with one count of DUI. She posted 10 percent of her $5,000 bond and was released. Turner is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 7.
On Sept. 30, John Kelly, 51, of Ryders Lane was arrested on a warrant for third-degree arson, following an incident involving fireworks on July 3. Kelly was released on a promise to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 13.
Jonathan Falero, 26, and Armanni Rivera, 25, both of Howard Avenue in Ansonia, were wanted in Wilton on multiple counts of third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny. They were taken into custody on Sept. 26 by the Ansonia Police Department at an EMS scene, and transported to Wilton for processing.
Armanni Rivera was released after utilizing Aces Bail Bonds to post the $30,000 bond ordered
by the court. He is due to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 6.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on Oct. 1, the Wilton Police Department answered a complaint about a loud party at 76 Pond Road. According to their report, the police saw several minors leaving the area upon their arrival, and multiple containers of alcoholic beverages scattered throughout the yard. Homeowner Peter Greenberg told police he was aware of what was going on, and was issued a misdemeanor summons for failure to halt illegal possession of alcohol by minors at a dwelling. He was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 13.
