A water main break has <a href="http://www.wfsb.com/story/28118406/water-shut-off-to-nearly-100-homes-in-windsor-following-main-break" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">led to nearly 100 properties in Windsor</a> to have their water shut off, WFSB 3 TV reports. The properties located on Kennedy Road between 400 Kennedy Road to Mayflower Road were affected, WFSB 3 reports. Repairs may not be completed until 4:30 p.m. at the latest.
