• Winning Lottery Ticket Sold At Windsor Store (patch.com) — A Windsor package store, Millbrook Wine & Liquors on Poquonock Avenue, sold a scratch ticket that turned into a $20,000 prize for a Suffield resident. While the winner's identity remains private under updated Connecticut Lottery rules, the sale highlights another big win linked to a local Windsor retailer. Residents can track similar large prizes through the Lottery's online recent winners list.
