Meteorologist Art Horn returns to the Windsor Locks Public Library on Wednesday, April 4 at 7:00 PM with WEATHER WARRIORS. This exciting presentation features profiles of workers whose risky jobs require facing Mother Nature head-on in all types of weather. From commercial fishermen, forest fire fighters, and big rig truckers to high-rise window washers, farmers, and hurricane hunters, many professionals face dangerous and rapidly-changing weather on a regular basis as part of their jobs. Art Horn will take his audience on a wild ride through nature’s fury, leaving everyone with a new appreciation of their view of the weather from the inside looking out.
