Emergency Crews Extinguish Brush Fires in East Windsor
The Warehouse Point Fire Department and Broad Brook Fire Department responded to four brush fires in less than 24 hours.
In less than 24 hours, both the Warehouse Point Fire Department and Broad Brook Fire Department responded to four brush fires and quickly extinguished them.
The East Windsor Police Department posted the following on its Facebook page:
“Good job by our brothers and sisters on the fire department as they were able to quickly respond and put the fires out.

“One of the fires started when a spark from a saw blew into a wooded area. Residents should be extra cautious again today as the forest fire danger level today is high.”
