Man Accused of Biting Woman's Cheek, Both Charged with Assault: Windsor Locks PD
Windsor Locks Police responded to a Mobil gas station for a reported assault that resulted in the arrest of two people.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT -- A verbal dispute between a man and a woman turned physical and both face assault charges, according to police.
Windsor Locks Police responded to the Mobil gas station on Ella Grasso Turnpike for a reported assault on Feb. 29.
The caller told dispatch that she had been assaulted and bitten in the face, according to police.
Responding officers reported that the victim was bleeding from her right cheek and was visibly upset.
The victim told police that she was in the parking lot of the Skyline Restaurant with her friend, Troy Moses, and they began to argue while in his car.
Moses drove across the street to the Mobil Gas Station, where the argument progressed into violence, according to police.
Police said investigation provided additional facts that concluded with both being arrested for assault.
Michelle Salmon and Moses were both charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
