Man Arrested With Loaded Handgun at Bradley International Airport
The gun was discovered in the passenger's carry-on bag.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Torrington man was arrested Monday morning at Bradley International Airport after a loaded handgun was found inside his carry-on bag.
Matthew English, 39, was taken into custody shortly after 9:05 a.m. after his bag was flagged by TSA security for a possible firearm. The loaded handgun was discovered, and English was charged with a weapons violation and circumventing airport security.
He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond, and is scheduled to appear May 10 in Enfield Superior Court.
