WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Torrington man was arrested Monday morning at Bradley International Airport after a loaded handgun was found inside his carry-on bag.Matthew English, 39, was taken into custody shortly after 9:05 a.m. after his bag was flagged by TSA security for a possible firearm.
