One Employee Hospitalized After Chemical Spill at Windsor Locks Aerospace Company

A chemical spill at Hamilton Sundstrand in Windsor Locks forced the evacuation of one of the smaller buildings on campus and one employee was taken to the hospital for evaluation, according to NBC Connecticut.

NBC reports 15 people were in the building at the time of the Tuesday morning incident, in which less than a gallon of ammonia hydroxide spilled from a container.
