Plane Makes Emergency Landing At Bradley Airport
A plane returned after taking off from Bradley Friday morning.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — An American Airlines flight bound for Washington returned to Bradley International Friday morning.
Bradley Public Information Officer Alisa D. Sisic issued the following statement: "An American Airlines flight traveling from Bradley International Airport to Washington D.C., reported a mechanical problem and returned back to Bradley. The aircraft landed safely. There was no impact to airport operations."
The flight had 64 people aboard and left Bradley at 6 a.m., The Connecticut Post reported. Firefighters were staged at the airport but the plane returned without incident.
