• Louis Francis ‘Frank' Beck, 89 (coastalpoint.com) — Services for longtime Ocean View resident Louis Francis “Frank” Beck will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Frankford on Thursday, July 23, with visitation at 11:30 a.m. and Mass at 1 p.m. Community members are invited to pay their respects, with burial following Friday in Dagsboro and donations suggested to St. Ann’s St. Vincent de Paul Society.
