• 54-year-old Maryland woman identified after deadly Laurel crash (shorenewsnetwork.com) — A deadly two-vehicle crash in Laurel has claimed the life of 54-year-old Maryland resident Amy Sier and briefly shut down Old Stage Road while investigators worked the scene. Delaware State Police say a Ford Maverick allegedly ran a stop sign before striking Sier’s Honda, and troopers are now asking Laurel-area residents for witnesses or video to help reconstruct what happened.
