• Sussex County pulls subdivision hearings after Delaware housing law (coasttv.com) — A major proposed subdivision called Windy Acres, planned off Godwin School Road near Millsboro, has been pulled from Sussex County’s agenda while officials study Delaware’s new housing law. The county paused public hearings on this and another project as it figures out how Senate Bill 23’s by-right approvals and reduced public input will change future development around Millsboro and beyond.
