• Wilmington Traffic Stop Leads to Troubling Gun Charges (mychesco.com) — Wilmington police say a 19-year-old man was arrested after a traffic stop on West 10th Street, where officers reported finding a loaded 9mm handgun. A later search in New Castle allegedly turned up more ammunition and equipment, and the suspect is now being held at Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on firearm and concealed weapon charges.
