Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or ensure specifications are met. Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or plan procedures. Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction or extractive workers. Assign work to employees based on material or worker
requirements of specific jobs. 

Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities. Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs. Analyze worker or production problems and recommend solutions. Order or requisition materials or supplies.
Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, or company policies. Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures using measuring and marking equipment. Confer with managerial or technical personnel for other departments or contractors to resolve problems or coordinate activities. Arrange
for repairs of equipment or machinery.
Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction or extraction activities, using hand tools or other equipment. Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports. Suggest or initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, or hires.

Job Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology
6 months of training required in: OSHA Construction Safety Training; Fall Protection; Excavation Safety; Confined Space Safety; Safety and Health Management; TraƯic Control Management; Hazard Recognition and Mitigation; First Aid and CPR.

Specific Requirements:
License/Certification required
Foreign language: Spanish required for worker communication

Must possess OSHA safety certifications including Fall Protection, Safety Management, Excavation Safety, Rigging and Signaling, TraƯic Control, First Aid and CPR, Damage Prevention, DOT Medical Certification, Asbestos Awareness, Heat Stress Prevention, Confined Space Safety, Erosion and Sediment Control, and Concrete Safety

Special Skills:
Advanced knowledge of empowerment and coaching; basic knowledge of personnel and human resources management; recognition of personal protective equipment for formwork, concrete pouring, and removal; understand the essence of the concrete pouring construction industry business to plan activities promptly and make efficient use of
resources. Recognition and inspection of fall protection equipment for work at heights or excavations. Recognition and inspection of equipment for confined space activities.
proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam Revu/Studio/Cloud, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sage Construction Management, Target Zero, and Avetta; valid State Driver License
