Police Seek Identity Of Northwest DC Shooting Persons Of Interest

D.C. police are seeking the public's help in identifying persons of interest in connection with a shooting that took place in Northwest D.C.

WASHINGTON, DC — The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying persons of interest in connection with a shooting that took place on Aug. 12 Northwest D.C.

At about 7:40 p.m. last Thursday, a suspect and the victims were involved in an argument in the 3500 block of 14th St. NW. During the argument, the suspect fired a handgun, striking one of the victims, and then fled the scene.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries.

The persons of interest were captured by surveillance camera. The police are seeking the identity of the persons of interest in connection with the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
