Train Strikes Person At DC Metro Station, Rescue Underway (Video)
Authorities have rescued one person at the Woodley Park Metro station, who was described as conscious and stable.

UPDATE 4:44 p.m.: A patient has been extracted who is conscious and stable, according to D.C. Fire and EMS.
WASHINGTON, DC — Authorities are at Woodley Park Metro station after a person was struck by a train late Friday afternoon.
D.C. Fire and EMS tweeted at 3:55 p.m. a video of emergency personnel arriving at the station, describing it as a "rescue incident."
