3 FL Companies Ranked Among ‘America’s Best Large Employers’: Forbes
Forbes has released its annual list of "America's Best Large Employers," and 3 Florida companies are in the top 100 workplaces.

FLORIDA — Workers in Florida are in a position to be more selective about where they work with the historically low 3.4 percent unemployment rates, according to Forbes, which on Wednesday released its annual list of “America’s Best Large Employers.”
The business magazine partnered with the market research firm Statista to compile the ranking, based on a survey of about 45,000 workers at companies and institutions with 5,000 or more employees.
They were asked questions such as whether they would recommend their current workplace to family or friends, and were also given the chance to cite other employers they would recommend. The 500 large employers on the list are those that received the most recommendations.

These three Florida companies that made the top 100 are:
- Raymond James Financial, (ranked 28th overall with 20,021 employees)
- Publix Supermarkets, (ranked 82nd overall with 240,000 employees)
- University of Florida, (ranked 100th overall with 30,682 employees)
