• Atlantic Beach home sells for $7.8 million (jaxdailyrecord.com) — A $7.8 million oceanfront home on Beach Avenue in Atlantic Beach has been sold to investor-builders who plan a top-to-bottom renovation and relisting around $12 million. Located about a mile north of Atlantic Boulevard on a corner lot by a beach access, the property includes a main house and detached dwelling that will be updated to modern styles and standards by 2027.
