Free Coffee Offered During National Coffee, Baked Goods Chain’s Manatee Grand Opening

PALMETTO, FL — Dunkin’ will celebrate the grand opening of its newest Manatee County store on Saturday with giveaways and activities.

The new store is located inside the Kangaroo Express gas station at 6870 U.S. 41 N.

Starting at 9 a.m., the first 100 Dunkin’ Rewards members in line there will receive a free medium hot or iced coffee for 100 days in the Dunkin app, according to a news release. If guests aren’t already Dunkin’ Rewards members, they can sign up onsite to qualify for the coffee giveaway.

From 9 to 11 a.m., community members can spin the prize wheel for Dunkin’ swag and coupons.

There will also be a refill mug giveaway, free donut decorating, a coloring station for children, free samples and a special appearance from Dunkin’s mascot, Cuppy.

The new 2,000-square-foot restaurant employs 20 crew members and is open daily from 4:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

It also boasts Dunkin’s NextGen restaurant design with a drive-thru, a modernized atmosphere with an area dedicated to mobile pick-up orders and new technology, including an innovative tap system for cold beverages, the news release said.

Founded in 1950, Dunkin’ is the largest coffee and donuts brand in the U.S. with more than 14,000 restaurants in nearly 40 global markets, the company said.
