Sheep Wearing Diaper Found Wandering Around Bradenton Thursday: Police
In their latest animal encounter, officers found Ivory, a therapy lamb in a diaper, while patrolling the streets, Bradenton police said.

BRADENTON, FL — It’s safe to say that Bradenton police never know what they’ll encounter while patrolling the streets — a “master escape artist” St. Bernard who refuses to leave a Dollar General, a wandering emu.
But Thursday’s animal encounter takes the cake — officers came across a diaper-wearing sheep while on the job.
“Our officers see a lot of interesting things, such as this sheep in bloomers,” the Bradenton Police Department posted on the agency’s Facebook page.

“We now have the baaaah-ck story! That's Ivory, a therapeutic lamb who travels with her (human) mom,” BPD wrote.
The department added, “The things you learn while working the bleat.”
Ivory even has her own Facebook page, “The Life of Ivory,” which shares her adventures in the Bradenton area. She spreads cheer throughout the community, meeting with people at different events. She’s also owned by the Freedom Gathering, which serves food to the homeless and hungry.
