Riverside Post Acute Introduces In-Facility Urologic Care in Partnership with Streamline Urology

Riverside Post Acute has partnered with Streamline Urology, bringing on-site urologic care to the Jacksonville skilled nursing center. Located at 1750 Stockton Street, Riverside Post Acute has a long history of serving the regional community, providing post-hospital care, short-term rehab and long-term residential care. 

A physician-owned mobile specialty practice, Streamline Urology is an established regional provider of urologic care within skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. Comprehensive services range from catheter management and urinary retention, to oversight of complex chronic conditions, among others.

Riverside recently marked the completion of a multi-million-dollar, top-to-bottom modernization. As part of the update, the center upgraded its long-term care resident rooms and subacute wing, as well as the front entrance and courtyard along the St. John’s River. A highlight of the renovation is its newly expanded, state-of-the-art rehab therapy gym.
