• Police ID 72-year-old pedestrian fatally struck by Lexus in Lady Lake (villages-news.com) — A 72-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed Monday morning while crossing U.S. 27/441 near Longview Avenue in Lady Lake, outside a crosswalk. Police identified him as Jimmy Edwards and say the Lexus driver, a 63-year-old Lady Lake resident, stayed at the scene and is cooperating as the investigation continues.
