Ron DeSantis used a news conference here to defend his administration after a leaked grand jury report on the Hope Florida Foundation. The report questioned how $10 million from a state settlement was routed through nonprofits and political committees, but jurors recommended no criminal charges while urging tighter oversight of settlement funds.
