Officers later arrested 27-year-old Joshua Sandman, charging him with robbery by sudden snatching, kidnapping, false imprisonment, and domestic battery after the alleged domestic dispute turned violent.

Largo man arrested after scamming victim out of $16,000: LPD (tampabay28.com) — Largo police arrested 29-year-old Jhamarro Wilkins after investigators say he tricked a victim into placing $16,000 in cash into a package he then collected. According to LPD, a relative helped identify him, and he now faces a grand theft charge while being held in the Pinellas County Jail without bond.
