• Police seek tips 22 years after woman died fleeing armed kidnapper in Altamonte Springs (orlando-news.com) — Altamonte Springs police are renewing their call for tips in a 22-year-old kidnapping case that began at a salon on Maitland Avenue and led to the death of Susan Perkins. Investigators believe someone in the community may still hold information that could identify the masked gunman and bring long-awaited closure to her family.
