Forté Luxe in Jupiter Announces Waterfront Residence Under Contract for Nearly $8 Million

Forté Development announced that Residence 13 at Forté Luxe, its boutique waterfront community in Jupiter, is under contract. The 5,074-square-foot residence was last listed for $7.995 million, with the development approaching its anticipated completion at the end of 2026.

Residence 13, located at 12450 SE Crystal Cove Place, is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome spanning 5,074 square feet. Designed by architect Alfonso Jurado, with interiors by Interiors by Steven G., the residence features contemporary architecture, premium finishes and panoramic waterfront views.
