Motorcycle Driver Killed in Crash With Limo Identified

The crash occurred as the limousine left the Miami Seaquarium.

KEY BISCAYNE — The motorcycle driver killed in Saturday's collision with a limousine has been identified by police.

Twenty-five-year-old Sebastian M. Spencer was thrown from his Kawasaki 1000 when it collided with a white limousine that was leaving the Miami Seaquarium, according to Miami-Dade police.

Spencer was taken to Ryder Trauma Center of Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the limousine was described as a man in his fifties. His name was not released by police.

"According to investigators, shortly after 5 p.m. a limousine was exiting the parking lot of the Miami Seaquarium onto the westbound lanes of the Rickenbacker Causeway, when a motorcycle traveling eastbound on the Causeway struck the driver side of the limousine," Miami-Dade police Detective Jennifer Capote told Patch.

The Seaquarium is located at 4400 Rickenbacker Causeway.
