• Milton blocks opening of downtown tattoo parlor after owner invests more than $20K (weartv.com) — Milton's city council has voted 4-3 to keep tattoo and body modification businesses banned from the downtown district, blocking a new shop on Willing Street after the owner invested over $20,000 in renovations. Council members say any change should come through a broader code review, while the shop owner plans to reapply for a special use permit.
