Residents Voice Opinions On Highway 29, Highway 196 Intersection Safety Options (northescambia.com) — State transportation officials just laid out two safety options for Molino's dangerous Highway 29 and Highway 196 intersection, and local residents strongly favored a new traffic light over a restricted U-turn design. Public comments are open through September 25, with FDOT expecting to choose a design within weeks and begin construction as early as late 2027.
