• Carole Adele Knee (claytodayonline.com) — Orange Park friends are remembering former longtime resident Carole Adele Knee, who lived here from 1971 to 1989 while raising her family and volunteering in the community. She later worked in St. Augustine and spent recent years in Gainesville with her son. Her family asks that memorial donations be made to local hospice providers instead of flowers. 
• William Larry Edgington (claytodayonline.com) — Middleburg residents and neighbors in Orange Park are mourning 88-year-old William Larry Edgington, who passed away July 2 at Haven Hospice in Orange Park. A veteran and longtime real estate developer in Clay County, he helped shape projects like Lakeside and Lake Asbury. Services and military honors will be held in Ohio, with local funeral care in Florida.
