WINTER PARK, Fla. – May 7, 2018 – Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton’s upscale yet affordable global brand of hotels, will break ground in the 4th quarter of 2018 in Winter Park, Florida.
Located at 1345 Lee Road, the 102-room hotel is scheduled for completion in October 2019. It is located next door to Millers Ale House within the expanding Ravaudage mixed use development and future corporate office park. The hotel is being developed by the Sydgan Corporation and is owned by 1345 Lee Road, LLC.
