ā¢ Peniel graduate's artistic endeavors secure scholarship Free Access (palatkadailynews.com) ā A Palatka teen, Peniel Baptist Academy graduate Victoria De la Torre, has earned the Palatka Art Leagueās $1,000 scholarship and will help teach the groupās Kids Summer Art Program at Tilghman House. Local families can sign up children for affordable July art sessions while celebrating Victoriaās growing list of awards and her plans to use art to support families.
