The Escambia County Board of Commissioners will hold a First Public Budget Hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 7 at 5:31 p.m. The meeting will take place in the board chambers of the Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, found on the first floor of 221 Palafox Place. Click here to view the meeting agenda.

Escambia County is pleased to announce the first interactive online budget book for the fiscal year 2022 proposed budget. Tips for using the online budget book can be found on the county's budget web page. Read more about Escambia County's Financial Transparency Portal.
Escambia County will begin operating under the new budget on Oct. 1, which is the start of the 2022 fiscal year. The second budget public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 5:31 p.m. in the BCC Chambers.
