Local leaders and residents warned the fast‑tracked development could overwhelm nearby communities, with one commissioner saying Ponte Vedra Beach and Nocatee could "collapse" under the strain. The county now expects a lawsuit that could test the state's new enclave law.
   

2. Tommy Emmanuel Documentary The Endless Road Arrives October 2 (gratefulweb.com) — Ponte Vedra Beach music fans can catch guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on December 10 as part of his 2026 U.S. tour. The show coincides with the release of The Endless Road, a new documentary exploring his life, career, and struggles, plus a special screening event in Nashville.
