Lee Wetherington Homes, a top rated, privately owned custom luxury home builder in Sarasota, recently welcomed two new hires to its team: Mark Dolan as purchasing manager and Tina Rusk as purchasing agent.
In Dolan’s new role as purchasing manager, he will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the purchasing department. He will work closely with the construction, sales, design center, CAD and warranty teams to provide the resources, information and support needed to deliver an exceptional homebuilding experience.
Dolan has an extensive background in residential construction and has held leadership roles in warranty, construction management, project management, and quality and compliance. He is a licensed home inspector and certified mold assessor.
Rusk joins Lee Wetherington Homes as a purchasing agent. In her new role, she will coordinate vendor bids, material pricing and purchase orders to help ensure each home meets the company's standards for quality and craftsmanship.
With more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Rusk brings a diverse background in estimating across numerous trades, including roofing, windows and doors, structural steel and residential flooring.
